Neighbors with Hearts, Inc. was formed in January 2026, by a group of caring neighbors determined to assist residents of the Village Green community in St. Petersburg, Florida. 

Their mission is to deliver timely emergency financial assistance and essential resources to qualified individuals and families experiencing unexpected hardship, promoting safety, stability and hope during critical moments.

Assistance might come in the form of a connection to a food pantry, help with a home repair, referrals to financial assistance, paying a utility bill, and limited financial help to qualified residents of Village Green.

The Board is led by Ricki and John Garrety, and all Directors are residents of the Village Green Community.
